Five-stage project workflow

From Specification to Finished Video Brochure

A reliable video brochure project starts by defining the configuration before print files and production are approved. Each stage should leave a clear record of the screen, card, video, controls, packaging and delivery requirements.

From Specification to Finished Video Brochure

1. Confirm the specification

Define the use case

Explain who will receive the product, how it will be delivered and what action the presentation should support.

Select the main components

Confirm screen size, card or box format, quantity, memory, buttons, battery direction and delivery country.

Record commercial assumptions

Keep the approved specification, quotation and delivery plan together so later changes can be identified.

2. Prepare artwork and video

Use the supplied dieline

Build final cover and interior artwork on the template for the chosen structure.

Check media requirements

Confirm video orientation, duration, file order, audio and on-screen text before loading.

Resolve changes before sampling

A component or size change may require a different dieline and quotation.

3–5. Sample, production and shipment

Approve a physical sample

Review printing, structure, screen playback, buttons, audio, charging and packaging.

Check the production configuration

Production includes printing, lamination, assembly and video loading according to the approved sample and files.

Plan final delivery

Choose express, air or sea shipping after final packed quantity, dimensions, destination and deadline are known.
